Safety Action Plan

OCTOBER 1, 2026 UPDATE: Thank you for your interest in the Safety Action Plan. The survey is now closed.

 The project team is currently developing a draft plan, which is expected to be released for public review in Fall/Winter 2026.

 The final draft of the Safety Action Plan is anticipated to be released in Winter 2026–27, with formal adoption expected in early 2027.

The City of Renton is developing a Safety Action Plan as part of its Safe Streets for All initiative. The goal is to reduce serious injuries and traffic deaths on Renton’s streets.

This short survey asks about how you travel in Renton, how safe you feel while traveling throughout Renton, and where safety concerns exist. Your feedback will be combined with crash data and other analyses to help the City identify safety priorities and guide future decisions with the goals of improving safety for all roadway users.

This survey is intended to understand experiences driving, walking, biking, or rolling on Renton's streets and should take no more than 10 minutes to complete.
