Draft Ordinance Underway

On Monday, March 9, staff presented final recommendations for D-241, Neighborhood Scale Retail to the Planning and Development Committee. The Committee signed the Committee Report, directing staff to begin drafting the ordinance and associated code amendments. The item will return to City Council for first and second reading in the coming weeks.

Thank you to everyone who completed the online survey, responded to the poll, engaged with staff in person or at community events, and attended the Planning Commission briefings, the public hearing, and deliberations.
