Renton Market – Project Update

If you visited the Renton Farmers Market this past week, you may have noticed the brand‑new Renton Market sign now installed. An exciting milestone for the project!

The project successfully passed its electrical inspection and is currently awaiting mechanical and fire inspections. Once those are completed, the team expects to receive the building inspection permit and the Certificate of Occupancy. With those approvals in hand, we will be able to turn the keys over to the operator, who will begin preparing the space for incoming vendors and businesses.

Piazza Park – Project Update

Progress continues at Piazza Park with irrigation work underway and new benches being installed. Remaining tasks to close out the project include:

• Stage installation
• Bench completion
• Final plantings
