Highlands Park Playground Update: Share Your Feedback!


We’re excited to share new playground design options for Highlands Park and Neighborhood Center! After nearly 20 years of use, the current playground is ready for an update. Our goal is to replace the aging equipment and safety surfacing with fresh features that are safe, fun, and reflect what the community values most.

    A big thank you to the STREAM Team After School program youth for meeting with City staff last week to share their valuable feedback on the playground renovation at Highland Park and Neighborhood Center!

    We also appreciate the Renton Youth Council teens for their insightful contributions regarding the park and other community parks.
