Update on 500 Park Building
The ribbon cutting of the Solera and Astra apartments in the Sunset Neighborhood on June 21. This is yet another crucial project completed as part of the revitalization of the Sunset Neighborhood.
Progress and updates on Rainier Ave. Phase 4 project. Paving begins shiortly, as the project comes to completion.
Cedar River Park expansion. The city is acquiring a vacant lot of approximately 12.5 acres to add to the existing 23-acre park as part of a long-term plan to expand Cedar River Park.
